Localização maravilhosa, apartamento espaçoso, bem equipado. O prédio é de frente para o mar, os porteiros são gentis
Apesar do apartamento estar limpo, alguns móveis/colchão são antigos o que dá um ar que a limpeza não é boa

A vista é de frente para a praia, vários comércios perto. Uma vaga de estacionamento e tem 2 elevadores, um estava em manutenção.
Não tem ar condicionado, muto calor durante o dia e a noite. Precisa fazer alguma manutenção, pois tinha alguns pisos quebrados e soltos no chão que poderiam machucar.

Só havia uma vaga interna para o carro, mas o outro ficou próximo na rua onde estávamos.
