Villa Villa Rosa by Interhome

Wunderschöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, Grill und 2 Lounges. Wirklich toll! Alle Zimmer hatten ein eigenes Bad, was auch angenehm war. Man ist definitiv auf ein Auto angewiesen, das wussten wir aber und wollten wir auch :) wir durften eher in die Unterkunft, was gut geklappt hat nach Absprache.

Nur eines der großen Schlafzimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Nachdem wir festgestellt hatten, dass 1-2 Sachen bei unserer Ankunft beschädigt waren, meldete ich mich beim Kontakt und bekam erst super spät eine Antwort.

May I start by saying Villa Rosa was first class, we could not fault the accommodation nor the facilities. We were left the keys to the Villa by the cleaning staff, there was no representative of Interhome to great us, however, the villa and facilities were superb once we found our way around.

There was no representative from Interhome at the Villa to great us, the maids were still cleaning the villa which was not an issue, however, Cristina our contact representative seemed to think we were harassing the cleaners and asked us over the phone in no uncertain terms to wait outside. We were just looking around and felt that this was rather aggressive. There was no instructions given to us on how things operate within the Villa such as internet connection, TV operation, Rubbish collection, Access arrangements etc, so we had to find our own way by trial and error. The Villa could do with an instruction manual which would have saved so much time. The under-sink heater for the kitchen sink did not work which meant boiling the kettle for hot water. This was only replaced on day 12 of a 14 day holiday which was very inconvenient. The service providers should have done a lot better in this respect.
