Amazing 3 Bedroom Flat - 4mins to tube station

We stayed in 4 VRBOs during our trip to the UK, this one was disappointing for our 5 night stay. Remember in the UK first floor means there’s a ground floor beneath you, since these are 2 story flats that’s 3 flights of stairs to get up so keep that in mind. The garbage shoots in the enclosed stairs made the stairs appear or are dirty. Shortly after we arrived a handyman arrived, the mgmt company did send a email in the vrbo app- just hadn’t had time to review that prior to traveling that day, the handyman was to fix a doorknob. We went off to dinner and when returned there were tools all over the bathroom and the shower being worked on. This took until almost 10pm, understandably these things happen but looking at a previous post ( that wasn’t online when we booked this location) there were plumbing issues then too. Location wasn’t bad- but we chose this location as the listing indicates it’s 4 min from the tube, this isn’t accurate- it’s a 15-20 min walk to the tube or take a bus to the tube station. The walls are scuffed in living room and stairs. It was unusually hot and we had requested a 2nd fan, they did respond the next day that we could buy a fan up to $25 and they would reimbursed. We chose not to do this. Enjoyed having a washer. There are grocery stores and a few bakeries nearby. This flat needs work, perhaps taking it offline for a bit to fix things that need addressed would help
