About this apartment rental
A cowboy feel that's full of class! Experience downtown Cheyenne with western flair. This classic studio apartment is located in one of Cheyenne's downtown historic buildings and has everything you need for a nice getaway, or home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at this location.
So many original details have been left untouched in this historic building, from the vintage tile and kitchen, to the gorgeous wood built-ins; nevertheless, you'll have everything you need for a modern, comfortable stay.
Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods
Powder creamer
Sugar
A few complimentary snacks
Depending on type or presence of kitchen:
Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper
Bathroom:
2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper
One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body Wash
Bedding:
Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed
At least one pillow per maximum occupancy
Miscellaneous:
All purpose cleaning spray
Toilet/sink plunger
Toilet Brush
Broom/dust pan
Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.
Downtown Cheyenne has so many great local restaurants and shopping - everything is within walking distance to the apartment.
Uber & Lyft are available.
There is a key-fob used to enter the building stored in a realtor-type lock box hanging on the door. Please use it to open the door then place it BACK in the lock box as other guests need it and there will is a $50 charge for lost or damaged key-fobs.
Per the building owner, no pets are allowed in building.
No smoking of any kind allowed in building. This includes vaping, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Evidence of such in unit will result in loss of deposit.
No parties allowed.

Mid May we stayed 2 nights and attended a concert. Great location right downtown. king bed comfy; cute little place. Parking available and safe and secure. Thanks for the accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in the Murray Building in downtown Cheyenne. It was like stepping back in time in the quaint studio apartment. Beautifully restored and convenient to downtown. The host was very responsive and helped make our stay perfect!

Very comfortable space. Very old building nicely renovated with touches of original. Just be aware of stairs and no air conditioner. We enjoyed our stay.
