Old renovated house, located on a working farm (organic cereals), adjoining another gîte and the owner's accommodation, near a 3rd gîte. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen. Upstairs: shower room, toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90). Baby bed and high chair available on request. Wifi. Landscaped grounds of 300 m² shared with the owner (swing), private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Fishing in private lake 500 m away. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €60/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €20/stay (Beds made on arrival if option taken out); Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay;
In addition: Electric heating package: €80/week (to be paid to the owner), Tourist tax.
