First floor: low mezzanine (ceiling height 1.65m at the highest point) with a relaxation area. Wi-Fi. Landscaped garden of 600m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Oyster farm at Port de l'Epoids, birdwatching in the Marais 500m away. Passage du Gois 5km away.
