• Parking for 2

• Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, basic spices, oil, knives, etc)
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap (paraben, gluten, sulfate free & vegan)

Pet access
Pets are allowed at this property but must be disclosed. Pets are not allowed on furniture, which includes beds.
• Price: Free/Included in booking price
• Costs associated with damages caused by pets will be pursued and not included in the pet fee.
There is a suite and there is a main home in the same farmhouse with its own entrance, so extended families can rent the entire farmhouse but still have separate quarters for privacy when desired. We can host 4 adults and 1 additional child under 10 per bedroom (max 2).

The continued high quality experience for guests and integrity of this property are our top priority and as such we trust you'll care for our home the way we'd care for yours ♡
We require an ID Verification Form and Rental Agreement Form to be completed prior to check-in on platforms where we are the Merchant of Record.
• The exterior of the property is monitored by security camera(s) 24/7.
• Extra guests without prior approval are not permitted. No parties permitted.

Très belle maison, propre, chaleureuse, spacieuse et confortable. Très bon emplacement à proximité de tout avec une voiture (plages de Sandbanks, centre-ville de Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington). J'aimerais pouvoir y retourner! Superbe!

Our stay at The Marigold was awesome.
It looked exactly like in the pictures. Very clean, nicely decorated. Saw the episode on HGTV, kudos to Scott😊
We wished there was A/C.
Very close to the beach and the season pass is a nice gesture for the guests.
