Spacious two floored condo accommodate three adults and two kids with fully equipped kitchenette. Gorgeous balcony view of the beach and only a few minutes of walk to the beach. Clean and nice pool right under the doorsteps. Will definitely consider again next time!

The property was clean when we arrived, and the check-in process was painless, all done through my cell phone. We had great views from the balcony of the beach and got to enjoy some amateur fireworks in the evening. The A/C worked well, keeping us cool on a hot day at the beach and pool. Enjoyed the spacious pool after spending the day at the beach. Would recommend the place to stay for the family.

We recently stayed in North Padre, and while the location and property management company were excellent, the condo itself left much to be desired.The management team was top notch—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. The location is also hard to beat—waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight, and the pool, hot tub, and well-kept grounds added to the experience.Unfortunately, the condo itself had several issues. The flooring is extremely uneven, which could be dangerous for anyone with balance concerns. The beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like burlap—so rough I had to cover my pillowcase with a t-shirt just to avoid waking up with a sore face. The couch is clearly past its prime; sitting on it for any length of time caused noticeable lower back pain.While the unit appeared surface clean, a closer look revealed it hadn’t had a thorough deep cleaning in quite some time.Overall, I would not choose to stay in this particular condo again, but I would definitely work with the property management company in the future—they were fantastic.
