Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay

The rental was great. Very clean. Comfy bed. Well supplied. ( Except there was no hair dryer as listed. ). Nicely decorated and comfortable living room furniture. The pool was clean and lovely and the grounds well kept. We always recommend El Constante to people.

Had a great stay at the property. Had some issues with some of the lighting and overall general condition of the property. Like the lamps were missing light bulbs. The microwave light didn't work. Air to the master bedroom was limited while the air in living room was very abundant. Some of the tile has cracks as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of hollow spots under tile in living room. Other then the small stuff it definitely fit the need of somewhere to sleep and being close enough to the beach.
