Der Wintergarten, die Lage ist gut.

Ich habe telefonisch keinen Mitarbeiter erreicht. E Mail wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Mitarbeiterin im Service Büro machte den Eindruck, als sei sie total überfordert, als ich den Schlüssel für die Wohnung abholen wollte. Als ich die Wohnung betrat, wurde ich von Spinnenweben im Gesicht und am Körper begrüßt. In den Zimmerecken lagen vertrocknete Spinnen. Ich dachte, wie lange wurde hier nicht sauber gemacht. Habe Fotos gemacht und eine Email an das Service Büro mit der Bitte um Nachreinigung, leider habe ich bis heute Nichts vom Service Büro bekommen.
