Top Lage, toller kleiner Kamin, Schlüsselübergabe per Safe super, gute Matratzen, abgeschlossener hundesicherer Gartenbereich, eigener Parkplatz, generelle Ausstattung gut, Starterpaket mit Lappen etc. klasse, Strandnähe, modernes Bad, überall Rollläden, gute Raumaufteilung, ruhige Lage, sehr geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund, toller und transparenter Informationsfluss von Kraushaar im Vorfeld per Mail...
Jammern auf wirklich hohem Niveau: 3er Sofa und zwei Sessel nicht wirklich bequem [Besser wäre eine Couch in L-Form], Esstisch mit Ritzen (Eigentlich Terrassentisch), Badezimmer könnte Grundreinigung vertragen [oberflächlich sehr sauber, beim Abziehen der nassen Wände in der Duschkabine nach dem Duschen liefen dunkelbraune Rinnsale die Wände runter].
