Very poor
The apartment was clean, the balcony looks out to sea (although most of it is behind a building), and the shower worked well. The location is good.
As someone who isn't from Germany, it feels rather uncomfortable coming to a place that only sends you German e-mails, even after you specify you don't speak the language. There were no sheets or towels in the apartment which is crazy is you are travelling by plane to bring your sheets.
The telephone number they have - you can call it sixteen times nobody will pick up. But when they need you they know how to call you. Same with e-mails. No one responds until they need you.
The search for the key and the right building was somewhat of a treasure hunt with just enough clues to keep us going. It took us 45 minutes to finally collect both keys and know where our apartment was. And I and my friend both have respected college degrees, and travel a lot for work.
And perhaps the best of all - they don't accept credit cards. So when you enter your credit card to book it serves no purpose at all, and if you try to pay with one there, they sort of pretend at first to try it with the little machine, and afterward admit they don't have the credit card support.
When I couldn't pay for the accommodation because of this, the preposition of the receptionist was that I go to a bank to get cash - which you can't if you are on a business trip and need to show proof of all your bills. Not to even mention that I didn't have time for that between working and sleeping.
All in all, I would never return, not on basis of the accommodation itself but the staff, their generally unavailability and rather cold shoulder if you aren't speaking the German language.
