Tolle Lage: in nur 3min über einen Spielplatz mit süßen Häschen am Damm hinweg war man direkt am Meer. Es gibt saubere Toiletten und einen Hundestrand sowie einen normalen direkt nebeneinander. Vom Balkon war das Meer zu sehen und im Keller gibt es ein eigenes Schwimmbad und Sauna. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt!
Kein Fahrstuhl, nur über Treppen erreichbar. Zur Wohnungstür gelangt man über einen Laubengang, mit Höhenangst ist das schwierig.

-Klein aber gemütlich -Es war alles da was man brauchte -Der Pool -Ausblick aufs Meer -kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen/ Strand
-Möbel in die Jahre gekommen -etwas unsauber gewesen -3 OG (nur über Treppen zu erreichen)
