Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: durchschnittlich bis gut

Ganz gute Lage, direkter Zugang zu den Lokalen, Shops und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkte Anbindung zum Fahrradweg auf dem Deich nach Dahme und Grömitz. Betten sehr bequem. Zimmeraufteilung großzügig. Küchenausstattung gut sortiert. Großer, schmaler Balkon mit Bestuhlung.

Wohnzimmerausstattung etwas altbacken. Internetzugang unterdurchschnittlich, häufiger Ausfall des Anschlusses. Bei Wind klappert der Außenanschluß der Dunstabzugshaube und Wind ist hier fast immer. Rolladengurte verschlissen, Rolladen lassen sich nur teils schwergängig öffnen, bzw. schließen. Balkon ohne Seeblick und in Hauptwindrichtung, man sieht auf das schmuddelige Nachbargebäude 3a.
