Дуже хороше розташування!!!!!!!!! 50м до моря! Тихий спокійний пляж! Наявність лежаків та парасоль! В будинку хороші тераси! Наявність кондиціонера , розведеного по всьому будинку! Наявність побутової техніки!

Так , як зимою в будинку ніхто не живе , будинок не опалюють! ВСІ Меблі(шафи в кімнатах,шафи на кухні мають сильний запах плісняви)! Немає норм. повноцінного душа! На фото і в опису все набагато краще, ніж є насправді!

Villa Theodora in front of the sea is a wonderful place to rest. The house is less than 50 m from the beach, it is new, well equipped. The house is on three levels, on the ground floor there is a well-equipped, large kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a small toilet. The stairs are quite narrow. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a double bed and the second (children's) has two beds. The closets are huge. In the bathroom on the first floor there is a washing machine, in the bathroom there is a shower, but without a curtain or a shower cabin (so the bathroom is always wet after showering), that is the only serious drawback. On the first floor there are two terraces, a large one with a view of the sea and a smaller one that can be accessed from the children's room. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a jacuzzi tub in the room. The bedroom opens onto a beautiful, large terrace with a perfect view of the sea. There is also a small toilet on the second floor. The house is well equipped for the stay of a large family like mine (4 children), and Thanasios was an excellent and kind host. We will not forget this summer!

I like the most location and close to the beach

We have a problem with hot water, days without sun light.
