greeted by mouldy stench upon entering premise. the sugar/salt provided in pantry area also molded (i didnt use those btw)

It was clean and has a nice interior. Has 1 double bed + 1 sofabed. Location is superb. Nice sea view. Close to town. Grab food is easy if you dont feel like going out for meals. But great restaurants are around the corner too! Fun pool and hotel facilities were brilliant.
The aircond was dripping - took a while to sleep with the water dripping the whole night. Needed to empty the container once at night to make sure the carpet wont get flooded overnight. The shower drain was clogged. Pipe for the toilet was broken as well.

There is a security who will take down all visitors' details, very good and safe. Our parking lot had been taken by other visitor who parked wrong level, luckily with the details, we manage to get the visitor to remove his car.

The sea view is the only highlight.
The interior of the house was very dusty. Many power sockets were faulty, and despite informing the host, no further action was taken. The toilet was not well maintained or clean. Additionally, car parking was quite challenging.
