We hadden autopech en kwamen laat aan (23.00 uur) bij het hotel. Via booking.com hebben we contact opgenomen met de hotel manager. We konden bij aankomst een telefoonnummer bellen en hij was al aanwezig in het kleinschalig wellness hotel, stelde ons door zijn lichaamstaal op gemak. Hij kon geen Engels of Duits. Alleen Tsjechisch. Hij stelde voor via translate te communiceren. Dit ging perfect.
De wellness was niet inbegrepen en moesten we bij betalen. Bij het vertrek was er geen receptiemedewerker. Het personeel konden we niet vinden om openstaande facturen nog te betalen. We zijn uiteindelijk vertrokken. Een half uur later kregen we een sms bericht, dat we meteen terug moesten komen om het factuur te betalen. Benoemd dat zij een factuur naar ons mailadres mochten sturen en deze alsnog bij betaald.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Ausblick war sehr schön und ruhig.
Wir hätten gerne mehr Infos zum Ort/der Umgebung von der Rezeption erhalten. Die Sauna konnte man für 2h pro Person für ca. 20€ dazu buchen (sehr teuer). Es gab an fast keinem Tag eine vegetarische Option zu essen.
