This is a truly amazing place. Worth just booking the trip to Namibia to be able to stay in one of the VIP houses, they are a dream.

Our chalet was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. We were given a breakfast box to take with us as we departed one morning prior to normal service hours
I thought the food and menu was sub par for a property charging US $300+ per night. The daily “chef” menu was simple. The beef filet was tough to chew. The game stew was also very tough. Side dishes were basic. There is much room for improvement in their dining experience; however, the wait staff was excellent.

The breakfast was good. The location is convenient with respect to the various things to do and places to visit in the area.
The WiFi does not work in the rooms and the catering for people with special dietary requiremets e.g. vegetarians, needs some attention.
