This is an exceptional carriage house, I didn’t know what to expect, it is very quaint, very well appointed. Stephen was a very attentive but also left me to it, a good balance.

The Carriage house is adorable, filled with many small interesting touches. The property is also in easy walking distance to Roger Williams park and a short drive to many attractive areas.

House is easy to live in and ideal for a pet. Downstairs is veneer flooring so its easy to keep clean. A comfortable sitting/TV room is upstairs. Host is very responsive and easy to work with; they offer a detailed sights/maps/suggestions book. A clean very large park with flowing water is 1/2 block away. Nice bakery, CVS, restaurants are all walking distance from the house. Grocery store is 1-2 miles from house. Easy access to freeways.
