It's a prime location within the gated community with breathtaking views of Charlotte Harbor, the adjacent nature preserve, and heated pool below. Just a short walk from the marina, Cass Cay Restaurant and Bar, as well as the community fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts. A 27 hole golf course is also located within the community.

Great accommodations! Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Our bed was very comfortable and our guests said the other bed was as well. Patrick was great to work with! Burnt Store Marina is the place to be.

The property owner met us at check in and went over everything on the property. The furniture and bed was very comfortable, condo was clean, and just couldn’t be better. Burnt Store was very nice, too.
