The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. Dining area has a wood table and modern chairs with seating for four. There’s a Queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable full-size sofa bed in the living room. Large flat-screen cable TV in the living room and TV with Roku in the bedroom. Modern art including some pieces hand-painted by the owner. This fab home has everything you will need for your peaceful retreat. Just bring your toothbrush!
Relax on your covered patio with a cocktail and enjoy the spacious greenbelt just outside your door.
There are multiple pools with gorgeous mountain views, spas, and tennis courts. Plenty of covered parking close by and the community laundry facilities are within steps of your front door.

It was a nice and quiet stay, exactly what we were looking for.

The inside of this location is very cute and was what we needed. However, the grounds where this was left a bit to be desired. The landscaping was all torn up and dirt everywhere and you must walk through the dirt to get to the door to the property. There was garbage all over in the carport.
This is a walkable distance to downtown Palm Springs, but the walk was very uncomfortable being two ladies alone. There were many homeless and questionable individuals on the walk. This is not related to the location necessarily, but the location of the apartment is not desirable.
Like I said, the inside was very nice and communication with owners and greeter SUPER easy. There is a patio, but undesirable to sit there....
