This beach home has a reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living on the upper floor, and incredible ocean views. It is the perfect landing for 2 families with great sleeping options for 10 people with 3 full bathrooms, a half bath on the upper floor + an outdoor private shower. It is located approximately 0.5 miles south of the Surf City high-rise bridge on upscale “South Shore Drive” which puts you within walking distance to lots of restaurants, groceries, shops, Surf City Pier and more! South Shore Drive is a 25 mph, oceanfront beach road that is only local traffic. It is the perfect place for an exercise run, bike ride or family walk. You can literally put your keys away for the week. We strive to make the house appealing to families with amenities like bicycles, beach chairs, propane gas grill, baby gate, and pack & play.

After you spend a day at the beach you can relax on the two ocean facing decks with direct views of the water. The back yard has space to enjoy a game of corn hole, and a picnic table is provided for lunch or cocktails when a break from the sun is needed.

Both ocean facing decks offer outdoor furniture which is an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon/evening cocktails. The newly renovated top floor features an open concept living area which includes the kitchen, ½ bath, gaming area (for puzzles and reading) dining room, wet bar, one master suite and full bath with walk-in shower. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, expanded pantry space, and is well stocked so you can prepare anything from a large breakfast to family dinners and steamer pots. The large dining room table comfortably accommodates 8 guests plus 4 bar stools at the peninsula counter. Trip insurance covers loss of rent payments made because of unforeseen circumstances, illnesses and injuries and includes coverage for mandatory hurricane evacuations.

FEES: We understand how the quantity of fees add up quickly on a vacation rental - most of them are out of our control. The "service fee" is set by VRBO and the "taxes" are set by the state, county, and city. The cleaning fee includes maintaining the yard and house.
