We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for us and checked all of our boxes. For reference for those reading, we have a young teenager and 15 month old baby. The location was great if you prefer the beach a little less crowded. Next to the condo is an open lot and after that a row of houses, so it cut down on crowding in the immediate area. The view from this condo is perfect. Both sunsets and sunrises were awesome! Elevator access couldn't be better. Access to the beach and also the parking lot from the elevator is so easy. The only down side is that the beach access closest to the door off of the elevator is stairs and not a ramp. That is the only thing that could have made it even more perfect. But no big deal for us as my husband just handled our beach cart full of beach gear. I think a little further down the opposite direction had a ramp though, so seriously, not a big deal. The indoor and outdoor pool, and hot tub were also just right. The indoor pool being heated and shielded from the wind was perfect for our baby on a drizzly and windy day. She took her nap in the pool in her baby float. There are restaurants right there on site where you don't ever have to get back in your car if you don't want to. Grocery stores are super close and convenient. The condo has a blender and a coffee pot which are totally necessary for a beach vacation! The owner was awesome and we enjoyed all of our interactions with him. Everyone we talked to that was staying in the building was friendly and we were so happy with our surroundings. Excellent place for a family vacation!

Place needs updating. Patio door strike plate fell off ao it would not lock. Cleanees weren't the best. But it was relatively cheap and functional. Overall pkay.

The stay was overall decent but not a good place for long stays. The unit has no washer and dryer therefore making you have to take time out of your day to search for a w/d to use on the property, which you have to pay for. The office at the property is only for timeshare units so you have to walk or drive down the street to the other property to get change for the washer or for any other building issues you may have.
The shower/tubs in this unit were not easy to use. Water would come from both shower head and faucet in both bathrooms. Minor problem but needs attention. The hot water from the tub lasts about 2 minutes before getting cold.
There were only a few kitchen utensils and pots to use for cooking. One pan available to use in the oven. No ice maker and one ice tray to make ice.
Lastly(not a unit issue), BEWARE OF CHLORINE IN POOL! The chemicals in the pool and hot tub are way too strong. A family member got a severe migraine after 15 minutes of swimming and several of us went home with really bad dry and itchy scalp which has NEVER happened before. Many clothing garments were badly bleached after one use in the pool. Between unit and property I give three star rating.
