Our week long stay with 4 adults and 5 teenagers was a success. Plenty to do at the Outer Banks. Pool and hot tub are added bonuses at the house! Short(ish) walk to the beach, 2 blocks away. Steps to beach (public access) are VERY steep and lots of them so plan accordingly with beach gear.Bring 1-2 more kitchen towels and 1-2 more pot holders as only 1 of each are provided at the house. Additional hooks in bedrooms for towels, etc. as well as additional outlets in bedrooms were missed.Yes, the house sleeps 10, but with just 2 bathrooms, there was lots of waiting. Even just a half bath would have been nice. Also not enough seating for meals together, luckily we brought a folding table.Brindley Beach rentals is great to work with. Response time is great, we did need maintenance and they came right out. Our issue was fixed same day. Check in and check out was a breeze. House was very clean.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's a beautiful home that was perfect for my wife and I, my 2 adult daughters and 3 grandkids. We had a great time in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with public beach access only a 5 min walk away

The main problem we had/have is that many guests got hot tube folliculitis and one person went to the ER. more chemicals need to be used in the hot tub!
