Good location and good spot to use as your main hub if traveling through the city. Only thing is listing says there are 7 beds when there are only 6. The room that’s listed as two twins has 1 queen, so one of us had to sleep on the couch for the weekend, but besides that good experience

The location was excellent, close enough to walk to Brady street with anll its restaurant, bar and shopping, and take a shuttle to a ball game from there. Also walkable to groceries, coffee shops, etc.The house has a living room and an outdoor area that were perfect for our group of old friends to sit around and catch up. And the bedrooms were all very comfortable. Kitchen was good to prepare multiple meals for a group.Worked perfectly for us!

This house is PERFECTION!! So clean, well-stocked & spacious!! Such an AMAZING location! SO CLOSE to Brady & Water Streets for all the FUN!! Easy walk, even in January!! Pick & Save Grocery less than a block away! LOVED the spacious parking! The house has so much character! We all enjoyed having the space! Comfy beds!! Lots of towels!! Our host was so helpful & BEST of all was the EASY check-out!! We’ll definitely book again!!

This stay was just about average. It was clean until you saw all the dust and dirt underneath the beds. Very old house, holes in the walls filled with random things which is fine, but certain doors don't open and the front door didn't seem to lock too securely. The neighborhood wasn't great as I was kept awake after midnight by a man walking around outside yelling death threats over and over again. Which was terrifying. Along with that, there were noises out front and heard the door handle being messed with in the middle of the night. Our group stayed two nights but we felt extremely unsafe after the first night's surrounding noises. Maybe we just caught it on a bad night, but our host did not accept our request for a refund so that we could go to a hotel for a second night to feel safer. When we told him that we do not feel safe and asked for a refund, he sent back a denial message that was obviously copied and pasted from a help site because he didn't even fill in the blank of his property name and location. When we clarified that he was saying to stay in a space that was unsafe, he did not respond. That was very disappointing. Furniture and check in process was good, but all else needs work - especially the customer service.
