This house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is quietly situated in a side street with little traffic in the village of Radewege.
The grounds include a barbecue area, a playground, an indoor swimming pool and a sunbathing lawn. The beach is 100 metres away. It is very shallow and very suitable for small children. There is also a small sunbathing lawn.

Thanks to the many windows, the living area is pleasantly bright and also offers a beautiful view. There is also a small bedroom in the accommodation, the bed is 1.50m x 2.00m, for those who have just fallen in love or are young at heart. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
A restaurant is about 500 metres away, another one with a coffee shop is 10 metres away, and the shops are about four kilometres and seven kilometres from the property. It is only 50 kilometres by bike to Potsdam and 60 kilometres to Berlin. A bakery is 300 metres away
The property and the surrounding area are ideal for active recreation (cycling, swimming, fishing, etc.). Free fishing licences are available.
