Le Cadran Solaire (The Sundial) is a stunning renovation of a 200 year old cottage. It has 3 good-sized bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) 1 shower-room, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen/diner and large separate lounge. One double bedroom and the shower-room are downstairs and accessible by wheelchair users. Le Cadran Solaire also has a private terrace and garden.
The kitchen features a range oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee-maker and Nespresso machine... everything you could wish for! The lounge features English language satellite TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove.

Tres jolie maison avec tout le confort et une super piscine abritée et chauffée qu il vente ou que le soleil tape !

Pas loin de royan ou des plages de la Gironde mais tranquillement cachée dans les terres
