THE AREA INCLUDING SAPPHIRE, LAKE TAXOWAY, CASHIERS, HIGHLANDS AND GLENVILLE IS KNOWN AS LITTLE SWITZERLAND. WE TRULY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. WORLD CLASS GOLF, AMAZING HIKES TO WATERFALLS, WORLD CLASS SPAS AND DINING OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE ARE IN THE AREA. YOU ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAPPHIRE HOA BENEFITS THAT INCLUDE KAYAKING ON A PRIVATE LAKE, MINI GOLF, FITNESS CENTER AND SNOW SKIING (NOT COLORADO) AND A COMMUNITY CENTER ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR $2 PER DAY PER PERSON. KAYAKING AND SKIING WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES. NOT ENOUGH, PISGAH NATIONAL FOREST IS ONLY 45 MINUTES AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO EXPLORE. ENJOY SLIPPERY ROCK AND SOME TRAILS BEFORE ENJOYING THE BREVARD BEER CULTURE FOR A BREWERY TOUR AFTER A HARD OR NOT SO HARD DAY ON THE TRAILS.






YOUR HOME AWAY FROM CAN COMFORTABLY SLEEP UP TO 7 GUESTS (6 ADULTS).



THE HOUSE FEATURES A MASTE RBEDROOM THAT INCLUDES A JACUZZI TUB, GUEST ROOM WITH A QUEEN AND LOFT BED AND A QUEEN BED IN THE LOFT ABOVE THE MAIN FLOOR. THE OFFICE INCLUDES A COUCH THAT COULD SLEEP SOMEONE IF NEEDED.






A SIP AND STROLL WATERFALL IS LOCATED BLOCKS FROM THE HOUSE. GRAB A BEER OR GLASS OF WINE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. IT’S WORTH THE WALK (THERE IS PARKING IF AREN’T READY FOR THE INCLINE), BUT ONLY IF YOU WALK ON THE ROCKS AND LOOK RIGHT!






THE KITCHEN INCLUDES THE ESSENTIALS THAT ANY HOME CHEF WOULD REQUIRE WHEN COOKING INSIDE, ON THE GAS GRILL OUTSIDE OR WOOD FIREPLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET CREATIVE. DISHTV IS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE AND YOU CAN LOGIN TO YOUR NETFLIX OR OTHER OPTIONS AS NEEDED. HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUHOUT THE OFFICE FOR ZOOMERS. GAMERS WHO ARE STREAMING MIGHT HAVE SOME ISSUES. THE OFFICE INCLUDES A MONITOR AND PRINTER/SCANNER IF THERE IS A WORKAHOLIC IN YOUR GROUP. This house certainly met our needs. We appreciated the comfy living room, with plenty of room for the six of us. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. This was great, because we ate many of our meals at home. We are forever grateful for the obvious love of dogs by the owner. We did bring throws to cover all the living room furniture and lessen any dog hair problems. The outdoor gas grill was superb. The dining room table was large, and we used it for family dinners and game time. The amenities cards were so affordable, and we loved the rec center and Red Bird Golf. Very convenient location! Many thanks to Todd for providing his super comfortable home!

It would have been nice to have the sheets and towels folded on the bed up check-in. Overall, the house needs more and brighter light options, especially in the main room. A couple of floor lamps with dimming capability would have been very appreciated. One in the corner of the master would have been nice.

I stayed along with two female Board members. We just loved the home and the quietness of the neighborhood. (We live in a noisy city!) Bed were comfortable, the decor was beautiful! Love the big black huggable bear in the office. Thank you for an awesome stay. We will come back.

We had a great family stay with 3 teens! The property is family friendly! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire and great walks on the trails ! Well equipped kitchen for all family needs ! Host is very easy to communicate with, however we had no issues ! Easy arrival even late at night ! Thank you for a great stay !!
