About this house rental
This small cocoon immersed in nature and calm will ensure you a most pleasant stay. The house, entirely renovated and air-conditioned, can accommodate 6 travellers. The house is composed of a master suite with private bathroom, a second bedroom that can accommodate 3 travellers, as well as a living room with double sofa bed and its modern, open and equipped kitchen, opening onto a 30m² terrace. You will also benefit from the vast enclosed and private grounds of 2100m², fitted out with a swimming pool and barbecue, from where you can admire the sublime view of the hills. Sheets and towels included. Private parking on site.
Housing
The house, on one level, is as follows
- Living room with dining table for 6 people, wood stove. In a room adjoining the living room, separated by a glass roof, you will find a sofa bed for 2 people, an office space, as well as a TV and many board games
- Open and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
- A first bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bunk bed
- A second bathroom with bathtub
- WC
Exteriors
- Large enclosed and private garden of 2100m².
- Unheated above ground pool, available from June 5 to September (dates not contractual, subject to change).
- Terrace of 30m², accessible from the living room, with garden furniture and barbecue.
In the surrounding area
- The house is located 5 minutes by car from the small tourist village of Anduze.
- Farmers' market every Friday morning in Générargues.
- Restaurant : La Ferme du Cornadel
- Pélissou Farm (sale of farm products)

The house is situated between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean Sea :
- 500m from the Bambouseraie (unique site in Europe), and 1h from the Mont Aigoual (nearest ski resort).
- Picturesque villages: Uzès at 40kms, Saint-Jean du Gard at 10kms, Anduze at 3kms.
- Canyoning, mountain biking, numerous natural bathing sites in the valleys of the Gardon
- Desert Museum 5kms away
Other remarks :
- Possibility to park your car on the plot. The plot is enclosed and closed by an electric gate. The car park cannot accommodate company trucks.
- A few logs will be offered to you for the stove when you arrive.
- The river Gardon, a river in the heart of an exceptional wild nature is 5km from the accommodation, possibility to swim.

L'Episode Cevenol "We chose this place for the indoor amenities imagining there would be rain over Easter.
It was well set up for a family, and we were very comfortable and cozy inside during a few days of rain. It was an easy drive to several grocery stores, wine shops, restaurants and downtown Anduze.
We chose the location hoping there would be a big yard where our boys could play, but the house is very close to the neighbors and doesn’t offer much yard in the front where it’s easiest to see them play. I felt the photos in that sense were misleading. The inside however was exactly as pictured and just as nicely appointed as it appeared. There were kids books and a few toys which was also nice.
We were very grateful for the washer/dryer combo and some oils, salt and spices left behind by other guests as well as plenty of towels and sheets.
Overall we got the ease of stay and the quiet we were longing for. We did the velorail, grottes de coquiliere and the bambouseraie, which were awesome."

L'Episode Cevenol Beautiful house, located in an ideal setting, close to many tourist attractions and climbing spots. Check in easy and simple. The house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated inside with lovely art. We will be back!

Bel emplacement pour cette location central pour des lieux d’intérêt :Anduze. Grotte de Trabuc … par contre les photos de l’annonce sont mensongères : PAS DE PISCINE !!! Les arbres sont coupés devant la maison donc vue directe chez les voisins, la 3ème chambre n’en est pas vraiment une ! Pas de placards pas de penderie et rideaux occultants absents, je signale également les énormes tâches sur le matelas du Clic CLAC ainsi que sur sa couette. En ce qui concerne confort et décoration au top
