📅 BOOKING CONDITIONS

▪️ Deposit: 25% at the time of booking (balance to be paid 30 days before arrival)
▪️ Security deposit: €2,000 (pre-authorisation on credit card on arrival, closed within 15 days after departure)
▪️ Seasonal rental contract: it will record all this information
▪️ Arrival times: 3 p.m.–7 p.m.
▪️ Departure times: 8am–11am
These hours may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after, depending on the cleaning and reception schedules.
