About this house rental
Stone building of 1878, recently renovated "The Shack" is a lovely house in olive trees comprising two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, as un'arredata kitchen and a large garden. Great place to live in quite and relaxing holiday. Just 5 km you reach the Terme di Saturnia for a relaxing dip in the warm waters rich in natural properties. You can reach in 20 minutes the City Tuff (Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano) rich in Etruscan civilization. Not far from Mount Amiata, where winter with its ski slopes and summer with its salubrious area make it a very attractive place to visit. A 45 km to reach the Monte Argentario with its beautiful beaches. Tourists free choice of his vacation to return to his work more relaxed and with a memory of being carried along with it.

If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive.
The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate.

Una vacanza con i FIOCCHI a casa della Sig.ra Patrizia, puro relax in un ambiente pulito e immerso nel verde con Ulivi centenari. Il posto è ubicato in una posizione strategica per vedere tutti i paesini vicini Saturnia.

Das Häuschen von Fabrizia ist sehr schön, inmitten von Olivenbäumen gelegen, etwas abseits, genau so wie wir es mögen. In wenigen Minuten ist Semproniano und Saturnia zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.(Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort.)Heizung und eine heiße Dusche war mir wichtig, da die Abende zu dieser Jahreszeit doch schon recht kühl sind. Alles funktionierte bestens.
Grosseto und der Monte Amiata sind in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Für uns war die Lage optimal, um die Gegend zu erkunden und in Kürze zu den Thermen von Saturnia zu gelangen.
In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Alles wie beschrieben, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und zum Beispiel Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Fabrizia und Saverio, die (wie in der Anzeige beschrieben) nur Italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns jedoch gut verständigen können :)
Das Haus war sehr sauber, jedoch leben mitten im Grünen natürlich auch ein paar Tierchen. Anti-Mücken-Mittel wird dringend empfohlen ;)
