About this house rental

Looking for a special gem steps from a private beach shore? Well this charming 1 Bedroom condo is wonderful for work or play. Our unit has a fully-functioning kitchen, a private bedroom leading to an on-suite, a futon and a quaint space for both dining while looking outside at a gorgeous Florida view! Our balcony faces north with a partial ocean view yet the ocean waves are mesmerizing. Great for vacationing or long-term stays for "space-related" contractors. It is clean, private and relaxing!

The space
Each unit at the Royal Mansions is individually owned and operated by the condo owner. Treat this space as if it were your home. Shop for groceries and cook with care. Basic essentials are available in the unit.

Guest access
Access to the unit is via private code entry. Gate to pool and beachfront require a unique code as well. Parking is gated. All codes will be provided upon booking.

The laundry room is located on site in a locked structure with coin or credit card operated washer and dryer units.

This is my second year staying here. Love this town and property! Condo is beautiful and clean and host is very nice and accommodating

We had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, comfortable and best of all just steps to the beach! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, we usually have to wash dishes after every meal but here we were able to eat three meals a day and only run the dishwasher once per day. Linens and bathroom necessities were also supplied in abundance.

Love this property, been coming here for years. This specific condo was right by the pool with a nice view. Clean and spacious! Well stocked and cozy :)
