About this house rental
Beautiful 3-bedroom Cycladic villa with a private pool, in the stunning island of Andros. The house has a cosy living room with a smart TV, an open plan kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The villa features a private planted garden and a large shaded terrace with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands, ideal for relaxing and for all meals. The terrace is equipped with a private swimming pool a built-in BBQ, large marble table to accommodate up to 12 people, and built in couch/outside bed.
The house is located 5 minutes away from the port of Gavrion on a hill offering an incredible view of the Aegean. The house is located away from the main road and away from any noise, but still very close to all amenities. The villa is very close to the famous Aghios Petros Tower ruin dating from the 4th-3rd century B.C. as well as to some of the beautiful and perfectly marked trails of the island.
It is also a 5-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of St. Peter, Kypri and Golden Sand, 10 minutes’ drive from Fellos beach and just 20 minutes’ drive from the famous Vitali Beach.
Finally, the picturesque and lively Batsi, with many restaurants and night life is a 15 min. drive away.

A beautiful property, beautifully situated with a layout and vistas that the photos undersell. Owners incredibly helpful, efficient and unobtrusive, with useful suggestions for excursions and places to visit. It's a quiet (which suited us!) but incredibly attractive island with dramatic scenery; a car is essential to see the best of the beaches and towns/villages/eateries - secure your rental well in advance. Would definitely return.

Posizione della casa veramente invidiabile con una vista stupenda sul mare Egeo. Patio esterno molto grande e ben ombreggiato, con zona grigliate atterzata. L'interno della casa un po datato ed avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione.
