Ground-floor studio apartment (29 m²), perfect for a couple, ideally located in Petit-Havre—in the town of Le Gosier - LA PLAYA Residence is halfway between Saint François and Pointe-à-Pitre, featuring an outdoor pool, a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, and access to the coastal trail.
You’ll have Wi-Fi access via the Orange router. Unassigned parking space. Private garden.
The apartment features a main living area with air conditioning and a standing fan, a sofa bed (140x190), a 140x190 bed, 1 table, 4 chairs, a living room, a closet, a flat-screen TV with TNT and Orange, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, fridge-freezer, clothes dryer...), as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, an iron, and an ironing board....
A travel crib is available upon request. Accommodates up to 4 people and 1 baby. Quiet neighborhood, 150 meters from the beach and within driving distance of all amenities: bars, restaurants, a convenience store, shopping, and car rental agencies....
Rental agreement signed by both parties. Rentals available for a minimum of 5 days, by the week, fortnight, or month....
Discounted rates based on length of stay. To be added to the rental price: One-time cleaning fee upon arrival: sheets, bath towels, and beach towels (provided) €60 for the entire stay.
A security deposit check will be required.
Smoking is not permitted inside this property. Parties and events are not permitted.
Guests must avoid making noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We prefer to rent to quiet and tidy guests.
