Apartamento em condomínio muito bem localizado; em 5 min vc chega na praia; sacada com vista para a piscina e para a rua; local sossegado.
O ar condicionado da suíte não estava funcionando a pleno (refrigerava parcialmente); o vaso sanitário comum deu problema na descarga e a geladeira não refrigerava o suficiente (o freezer funcionou bem).
