Very conveniently located very close to the airport all the staff were very nice and accomodating lovely restaurant and good breakfast the rooms were clean and comfortable just what you want after a long flight and great value for money. Will stay here again.

Near the airport, lovely and professional staff, fair space in the room and comfortable mattresses, strong shower pressure.
We got a very noisy room, we could hear people outside in the street, and it was not particularly clean (bedding was stained and my white socks bottoms were quite dirty after a few minutes walking in the room)
information on parking was misleading, they should make it clear it was charged extra so people can factor the cost before booking, as there are many option in the neighborhood.
Not great wi-fi also, what is surprising nowadays in Sao Paulo.
