Location, size, cleanliness, warmth.
The Christmas decorations and hospitality.
There was not anything that we did not like.
In our group’s opinion the only improvement would be a proper shower on the 2nd floor.

The property is beautiful. Great location and well stocked with everything that you need. The property is spacious and great for a family. The bathrooms are large and the shower is lovely.
The double bed in the upstairs main bedroom, was hard and not very comfortable. Though all the other beds were very comfy. It perhaps needs a mattress topper.

Kelso Cobbles is bright, airy and very comfortable, in a perfect location for exploring Kelso. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped, with everything you would need. The host Jason phoned to check that everything was ok for our arrival and there was a welcome pack and refreshments waiting for us. Parking nearby was easy.
Kelso Cobbles is in the centre of the town and close to several very good pubs and restaurants. We ate in the Queens Head, two doors down, which has exceptional "pub grub".
The only thing we would have liked was some shelves or a small cupboard for our toiletries in the main bathroom, but this was a minor inconvenience and we managed!

Central location, size of rooms, layout warm, comfortable, great dining room and sizeable kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Parking very nearby.
Stayed in Kelso before and this has been the best.
Stairs up to the house and in the house.
Poor quality bottle opener (broke first time we used it)
