Tudo muito bom, lugar aconchegante, limpo e muito bonito, para quem gosta de espaços mais rústicos mesclados com a natureza, com paisagens e vistas únicas, recomendo fortemente para casais que queiram uma experiência tranquila e com ótimo custo-benefício, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados, desde o momentos em que fiz a reserva online. Tudo de melhor, nota 10!!!

Bela vista, cabana confortável, imersa no meio da natureza.

The room was beautiful, and the dining area and lounge also. The room had a nice terrace, but no real river view due to the trees. Close to town while being away from the party area.

The receptionist tried to get us to pay VAT 21%, even though booking.com clearly said foreigners did not need to pay. Eventually they charged us an amount close to (but not exactly) the same as the booking.com amount (about 5000 pesos more, without the tax). We had tea and coffee in our room, with sugar, but no milk. When we asked for some milk for our room, we were told this was not possible, and we had to borrow milk from the kitchen and return it each morning. This was very strange and inconvenient. Breakfast was ok, but the toaster would not work unless you held down the toast manually, the milk urn didn't function well so was replaced with a kettle of milk, and there was enough food for 10 people even though we were the only couple in the hotel. The breakfast staff consisted of two ladies - one was Silvia who was lovely, the other (not sure of name) was quite surly, especially on the last morning after being asked for the milk - not happy at all.
