About this chalet rental
Beautiful three-storey townhouse located in Alcudia with a unique view of the sea.
The first floor has all the amenities from a spacious living room with dining table, large windows and a large terrace with sea views. a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with built-in wardrobes and a spectacular terrace with sea views. On the other hand, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with a double bed en suite, the best views of the property to the sea.
A few steps in front of the property there is direct access to a beach with crystal clear waters.
It is adapted to receive cyclists since it has a large garage to store them.
To keep in mind:
(There is the possibility of renting the twin house next door and it can even accommodate up to 8 people in it, this must be requested on request)
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day.

Alcanada is a quiet Mediterranean town located on a hill overlooking the Bay of Alcudia.
This town is a small paradise by the sea; there are only two hotels, three restaurants and a supermarket.
The sandy and pebble beach “Cala Poncet” in Alcanda has crystal clear waters and wild nature.
The La Terraza restaurant is very well located next to the sea, with excellent cuisine and a dream view of passing yachts.
At the end of the town there is an 18-hole golf course. The Alcanada Golf Club was built in 2003 by legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve and offers sensational views of the bay.
The charming Port of Alcudia, with its promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia, can be reached by car or bus from Alcanada in a few minutes.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with each reservation. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holidays.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time for the day of arrival (flight/ship number if applicable) to organize the delivery of the keys together.

Villa is in a perfect location , walking distance to beautiful beaches , shops , restaurants and Alcúdia with stunning views, the information provide before our stay was excellent. Overall a perfect stay would 100% recommend.
BBQ needs replacing as it was dirty wasn’t fit for purpose, which was a shame. The towel rails need fitting core toy and the seals in the bathroom need replacing especially on the 3rd floor.

Every year I scour the internet looking for a family villa that has everything we need - large rooms, aircon, pool, wifi, close to beach, close to shops, close to bars and restaurants; and there is usually a compromise, but not with this one.
Great property, very close to a small beach, ideal for snorkelling. Very close to a beachfront bar (stops serving at 7pm so no late night noise). Very close to a mini-market (we also hired cars from here). Very close to two great restaurants (Alcanada 35 was our favourite). Plenty of space for parking. Huge garage if you bring/hire bikes. Lovely beachfront walk in either direction. 25 minute walk to the harbour. A further 10 minutes for Alcudia beach (or 7-10 minutes on the bike).
We hired cars because it was so hot this August (33 degrees all day, every day) ordinarily we would have done more walking/cycling.
The owners, Javier and Juan, were amazing, as were their agents (Pep from Home Villas 360). Nothing was too much trouble and they responded very quickly via WhatsApp.
We rarely return to the same place twice (too much of the world still left to explore) but we would definitely come back to Alcanada again.

Tolle Lage und schönes ruhiges Quartier. Das Haus mit 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Bäder war genial. Angenehme Betreuung per Whatsapp während der ganzen Mietdauer.
