About this house rental
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath updated home. Laminate wood and tile floors through out. Huge backyard with beautiful grass to play and stretch your legs. Great for families with small children, business travelers and groups of friends. Located in the middle of abilene. Minutes from McMurry and 8-10 minutes from ACU, Cisco College, HSU, both hospitals and pretty much anywhere else you could need!

Check in was easy and door code worked the first time! We had a small issue with the carbon monoxide detector and the owner came over right away even though it was 10:30pm! Location was the only thing that could have been better. The neighborhood is a little noisy as it is right off one of the main roads. Other than that our stay was great! Would stay again.

We stayed here for an ACU homecoming and we’re certainly pleased with all the house. Definitely would stay here again!

House was very clean but neighborhood was ran down. Loud cars at night. No issues with the house or neighbors.
