1 mile to downtown - Short Drive - Jacuzzi Bath

This is a positive and just honest review. So I didn’t love love ovation. It’s walking distance to Main Street however parts you do not want to walk thru. Ubber:Lyft was quick and inexpensive. The cottage is adorable but nestled behind some duplexes etc. ended up being fine and felt completely safe but at first I was nervous. Just being transparent. Most comfortable bed EVER. Wine.. water.. coffee essentials were there. Yay. It ended up being very secluded and private nestled at the end of the street. Saw lots of wildlife. Front porch awesome to chill out on. Hvac works GREaT! Cleanliness was moderate- keep in mind I’m a realtor so my standards are high. Overall clean but needed some deep cleaning, jets and dusting but added character ;). Check in was weird as I had same address as someone else but we figured it out. Mgmt company was quick to respond and it was late evening. They extended my stay for a fantastic price. I would stay here again but would want a lower rate. If want to walk to Main Street stay closer. Again I took an uber for around 8.00 one way. Only issue there was after 9 on a Saturday all the Lyfts and Ubers take forever so if weekend night leave DT by 8:30 if need a ride. Overall I give it a 3.75 - reduction for surrounding area, not walkable - for price. If a little less per night would have given a 5. A left relaxed and recharged ;)

Great attention to detail. Valentines weekend and we arrived to a bottle of wine and box of chocolates. There were plenty of towels, full bottle of shampoo and conditioner, bottled water, variety of snacks, coffee and even flavored creamer in the fridge. Very cute, quaint cottage, close to main street and great restaurants. Management was very sweet, kind and quick to respond.

The house was very neat and cozy. Did notice that a light dusting is needed on the shelves and appliances. Found a desiccated mosquito, likely there for several days, and sand spurs in the carpet in front of the kitchen sink. Nothing to spoil the trip, just minor items.

Quaint and comfortable with the exception being the bed. Sinks toward the center. Not condusive to a good night's sleep. Everything else was excellent!
