SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.
Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.
Sitting directly on the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your next go-to Destin escape. Property amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, splash pad (seasonal), outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and more! The Scenic Stays is always available at the 24-hour front desk.
Upon entry to SunDestin 909, you'll find the bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached full bath. A half bath is accessible from the hall for guests. At the end of the entry hall, there's a fully equipped kitchen for full meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair to enjoy after a long day at the beach. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. This cozy one-bedroom condo sleeps four guests comfortably with a king bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

This is our second time staying at the scenic stay. However the last time was more excellent than this last time, there was a lot of construction going on and we were not informed of the pool being closed during booking. However it is a great place to stay and the restaurant has amazing drinks!!!! I would recommend this place just make sure the renovations are completed first

I wish I had seen they were under construction when I booked. The outside pool was closed and the garbage shoot was closed so they asked you to leave your garbage outside in the hall, by the 3rd day it smelled so bad in the halls like a horse stall. On our first day there we had to call to ask them to clean the floors because our socks were black, they were very nice and came up as soon as they could. The beach was beautiful and I think once the renovations are finished it will be cleaner. Overall we had a nice time and the staff was very nice.
