A localização é excelente, tranquilidade do local e segurança.
Limpeza ficou a desejar, considerando que haviam sido realizados consertos externos (janelas) recentes e, provavelmente, decorreu sujeira interna no imóvel. Imóvel também estava muito tempo fechado, portanto, algum cheiro de mofo residual. Alguma atenção também poderia ser dada com relação a presença de cupins nos móveis.
