1-The apartment interior is very clean,
2-Kitchen is sufficiently equipped.
3-Plenty of parking space,
4-Great location. plenty restaurants and bars within walking distance.
5- The host was kind enough to extend our check out by one hour.
6- The host was kind enough to response our request for help immediately when we were locked out due to invalidation of entrance code during the extension period.
1-The building is old the apartment entrance door and corridor floor covering in common areas are worn out and doesn't give a good impression right at the first approach.
2-Noisy air condition! forced to switch off during night to be able to sleep.
3- The stovetop is wrongly placed in the corner of kitchen difficult to reach while cooking specially when need two plates to cook.
4- The bathroom is compact and is equipped with shower with a shower head which is partly clogged.
5- There is no "Hot tub" in the bath room wrongly listed in the advertisement.
6-The gap between check in and check out is 6 hours (10 check in 16 check out) we requested to extend check out to 12:00, however the host was kind enough to give us one hour, extended to 11:00.

Very comfortable cozy studio room, great hosts.
The showerhead was slightly pulled out and shooting more towards the wall, you had to get very close hugged against the shower wall to shower, nothing major.

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Stellplätze stehen vor dem Objekt in ausreichender Menge zu Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Supermarkt und Restaurants vorhanden. Die Universal-Studios sind fußläufig entfernt (35 Min.). Man kann aber auch mit dem Bus fahren. Man spart so die teuren Parkgebühren. Mit dem Auto ist man nicht viel schneller.
Die Klimaanlage ist laut. Da wir sie nachts nicht gebraucht haben, hat es nicht gestört.
