We like the calm neighborhood so close to the beach and great restaurants. Guillermo was so helpful with everything. The bus system made it so easy to get downtown.
There was only one key If we wanted to do different activities we were happy to have the key lock box

the apartment is presented as bright and sunny and appears to have direct access to the outdoor space. the outdoor space is separate and not very nice. People hand their laundry there. The apartment is clean but very dark. Only one window facing an alley.
