About this villa rental

A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this pet-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 6-minute drive to Lagarina Valley or the 6-minute drive to Paolo Bonomelli Boutique Olive Farm (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the hot tub of this villa, which also features a garden and a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, TV, video games, and DVD player.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. In addition, there's a jetted tub, along with a bidet, towels, and toilet paper. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, and an ironing board.

Lage, Aussicht, Pool, Umschwung sehr gut. Haus bei der Übernahme nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auch Geschirr mussten wir zuerst selber gründlich reinigen. Im oberen Bad läuft Wasser beim Duschen unten raus. Alles nass. Mein Vater fast hingefallen, wegen des rutschigen Bodens. Whirpool oben, welcher in der Ausschreibung schön angepriesen und mit Foto inszeniert wird, funktionierte nicht. Auch Die Leute der Agentur konnten ihn nicht in Betrieb setzen. Grosse Feuerschale, welche auch mehrmals auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, darf auch nicht angezündet werden. Haus weist noch mehrer Baustellen auf. Macht den Eindruck, dass es nicht fertig renoviert wurde. In der unteren Stube durften wir einen Teil gar nicht benutzen, da sich unter dem Teppich eine Falltüre befand. Wir vermuten, dass durch diese auch Mäuse ins Haus gelangen konnten. Auf jeden Fall wurden unsere Vorräte von Mäusen angefressen. Wir haben auch zwei Mäuse im Haus entdeckt, welche dann durch die Falltüre verschwanden. Sehr unangenehm. Im untern Stock roch es modrig/muffig. Nach dem Sturm drang Wasser in beide Stuben. Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Wir mussten drei Stunden das Haus trocken legen. Fazit: Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir würden dieses Haus in diesem Zustand niemandem weiterempfehlen. Für unseren Ärger und die Umtriebe erwarten wir einen entsprechenden Preisnachlass.
