Set on a working sheep farm in the heart of the Scottish Borders, Hillcrest is a luxury single-storey home sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy panoramic views of the Minto Hills, a private hot tub, log-burning fire, and a fully accessible wet room — perfect for families, friends, and countryside escapes.

- BBQ on the patio
- Outdoor seating to take in sweeping views of the rolling Borders hills.
- The newly laid garden is growing nicely and offers a peaceful space for morning coffee or stargazing.

- Dogs and horses welcome (extra charge; stabling available on request)
- Farm hampers: breakfast with fresh farm eggs or BBQ boxes featuring local produce
- If you have additional guest and require additional accommodation this can be arranged as we have multiple properties - please enquire upon booking.

Booked at short notice for a 3 night stay. House was ready even though we arrived slightly early. Very helpful host. Property is really lovely with great kitchen equipment. Beds huge and very comfy. Great views from the hottub. Would stay again

The house was fantastic there was 7 of us staying at the house it was great have 4 bathrooms one of which was a wet room which was good for us as one of our party was a wheelchair user. The fantastic hot tub was amazing and a great bonus. We didn’t need to do anything with it as the owns of the house were up every day put the special salts in it. They where lovely and very friendly and anything we needed they where just a txt message away. Lovely views the whole way around the house.
