A casa é localizada em um bairro tranquilo, silencioso e próximo ao centro de Carrancas, sendo possível fazer o percurso a pé. A cozinha conta com utensílios suficientes para preparar as refeições durante a estadia. A Cleonice é uma anfitriã simpática e muito solícita. O custo-benefício é muito bom.

Sentimos falta de um suporte p/ pendurar roupas nos quartos e de uma lixeira maior na cozinha, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.
