This exclusive, luxury property is in prime location to enjoy the ocean views of Apollo Bay whilst still being within walking distance of the main shopping strip and beaches. The use of smooth marble flowing through out the property along with the distant sound of the ocean brings a sense of cooling and calm from the moment you step in the door. Tastefully styled with only quality appliances and furnishings, featuring central heating and cooling along with a captivating gas flame fire, every need has been carefully considered to ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable.
As you enter the property you will be met with a spacious downstairs living area featuring a 3 seater couch, large flat screen TV and coffee table. As you walk down the hall you will find a large laundry with washer and dryer and a spacious bathroom with deep, luxurious stone bath, shower and toilet. Here you will find large flat screen TV, lounge suite, coffee table, gas flame fire, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry, separate toilet, upper level deck with BBQ and outdoor setting and views of the ocean. The master bedroom also features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, bedside tables and lamps along with ceiling to floor curtains, walk in wardrobe and en-suite with shower, toilet and vanity. The master bedroom also features views of the ocean towards Marengo.
