Very clean, quiet and restful. We were n lower level so steps were necessary. Parking was a little tight but manageable. We enjoyed our short time there.

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way for a couple! We loved the cozy feeling of the condo, the fireplace, the patio with the river view, I could go on an on!
The mattress was super comfortable. In fact, I want to buy one just like it for my own bedroom!
The location is perfect for proximity to RMNP, as well as getting into downtown.
We will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and relaxing condo along side the running stream. Perfect mountain setting. Everything as advertised. Bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower. Would stay again.
